All participants are responsible for arranging their own flights. The Secretariat will send a notification in mid-May requesting your flight information.

Airport Pickup

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

大會將安排 2部中巴， 6/11 周四當日從早上 8點至下午 6點，滾動式於 IAD 的出境大廳接機。屆時將有穿大會背心的工作人員，在出境大廳處恭候大駕並引導到巴士站。 

Tours

Pre- and post-conference tours are organized by Lion Travel. A variety of diverse and enriching itineraries have been planned. Participants are encouraged to review the tour information and register. (Please refer to Tours)

Conference Attendance Fee

  1. Board directors and above of the 38th TCCNA, with confirmed membership status, are exempt from the attendance fee.
  2. The first spouse or immediate family member accompanying an eligible board member is also exempt. A fee of USD $600 per person will be charged for the second and additional accompanying attendees.
  3. Members participating from regional chambers will be charged an attendance fee of USD $600 per person.
  4. Admission to all conference events requires a valid name badge. Participants without identification badges will not be admitted.
